Fees
Listing is free. Here is exactly what each side pays.
Buyers
A service fee of £0.50 + 5% is included in every price you see. It covers secure card payment, holding your payment until you confirm the handover, and dispute support. Collection is free. There is nothing else to pay.
Sellers
Listing is free and there is no fee if your item doesn't sell. When it sells, a commission of 3% is deducted and the rest is paid to your bank once the buyer's 48-hour protection window has passed. You don't pay card processing fees.

Refunds and cancellations
If an order is cancelled before handover, the buyer receives a full refund including the service fee. Card processing costs are not refunded to Uni Marketplace by the card networks; we absorb them.
